Wastewater & Water Utility Management

From Compliance to Emergency Response, We’ve Got You Covered

Managing a wastewater or water system means juggling state and federal regulations, aging infrastructure, customer billing, board governance, and the ever-present possibility of a 2 a.m. emergency — all at once. Most utility boards and operators aren’t resourced to handle all of it well. That’s where WWSVC comes in.

We provide complete water utility management and wastewater management services across Western Washington including field operations, regulatory compliance, customer billing, accounting, and 24/7 emergency response — all under one roof, from one team that knows your system. Our operators are certified, our processes are proven, and our response time is fast. We’ve been doing this since 1983 for districts, municipalities, HOAs, tribal systems, and private utilities of every size.

When water is on the line, you need a partner who picks up the phone.

Local Expertise. Proven Systems. Real Accountability.

Hiring wastewater and water managers means trusting them with something that can’t fail — the water your community drinks, uses, and depends on every day. That’s not a decision to make lightly, and it’s not a responsibility we take lightly either.

WWSVC has been managing Western Washington wastewater and water systems since 1983. We’re not a national operator running your system from a call center two states away. We’re local. We know the terrain, the regulators, the infrastructure challenges, and the communities we serve. Our operators are certified, continuously trained, and in the field. Our managers are reachable. Our response when something goes wrong is measured in minutes, not business days, by a team that actually cares about the outcome.

We’re also the rare utility management partner that can handle everything from operations and compliance to billing and accounting.

One call. One team. One company that owns it from the pump to the balance sheet.

Forty Years in the Making — and Still Family-Owned

A Family Business Built on Western Washington Water

WWSVC didn’t start in a boardroom. It started in 1983, when Kelly Wynn, a hands-on wastewater operator who’d spent years inside municipal systems, saw how inefficiently they were run and decided to do something about it. He built a leaner, more accountable alternative from the ground up, starting with a single client and a simple promise: show up, do the work, and do right by the community.

Four decades later, Kelly’s son Kevin leads the company — bringing outside experience, fresh systems, and the same founding values back to the business his father built.
